Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Antileak website and services operated by Antileak (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By running a scan, creating an account or using any Antileak product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service Description

Antileak provides website scanning and monitoring:

• Free scan: a one-off scan of a publicly accessible homepage — fetched the way AI crawlers fetch it, without executing JavaScript — reporting on structured data, crawler access, page fundamentals and email authentication records. Results are served at an unlisted report link that expires after 90 days.
• Pro: a paid account ($49/month) where you prove ownership of your domain and your site's scan data is kept under your account. What Pro includes is listed on the pricing page, which only ever lists what exists.

2. Account Terms

• Sign-in is by emailed one-time link; you are responsible for the security of your email account.
• You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to overwhelm, overload, or disrupt the service, or circumvent rate limits.
• Use scan results to identify or exploit vulnerabilities in sites you do not control.
• Resell, redistribute, or white-label scan output without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the service.

4. Scanning

• Scans read only publicly accessible content — the same responses available to any visitor or crawler. Nothing is modified on the scanned site, no forms are submitted, and no login is attempted.
• Our crawler identifies itself as AntileakBot, honours robots.txt before making any request, and respects a per-site request budget. Site owners can opt out entirely — see antileak.io/bot.
• Report accuracy depends on the site's availability and configuration at scan time. A scan that could not read a site says so and claims nothing about it. We do not guarantee completeness of any result.
• In Pro, scan data is shown for a domain only after its ownership is verified (DNS record or meta tag).

5. Paid Plans and Billing

• Pro is billed monthly through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
• We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Changes do not affect the period you already paid for.
• Refunds are handled case by case: support@antileak.io.
• If payment fails, your subscription may be suspended after a grace period.

6. Intellectual Property

The Antileak service, including its design, code and content, is owned by Antileak. You retain ownership of your business data, and scan reports for your own sites are yours to use and share.

7. Limitation of Liability

Antileak is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for the accuracy or completeness of scan results, decisions made based on our reports, service interruptions, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Antileak from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, access ceases, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and outstanding payment obligations survive.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered in New York, NY, rather than court proceedings, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
