Service Description

Antileak provides website health scanning services that check websites for speed issues, SEO problems, broken links, and security vulnerabilities. We generate reports with findings and recommendations in plain English.

Account Terms

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.
• One person or business may not maintain more than one free account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scan websites you do not own or have authorization to scan.
• Use the service to discover vulnerabilities for malicious purposes.
• Attempt to overwhelm, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Resell, redistribute, or white-label scan results without permission.
• Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal API usage.
• Circumvent rate limits or other service restrictions.

Scanning and Reports

• We only scan publicly accessible content — the same things Google and your visitors can see.
• We do not modify your website in any way during a scan.
• Scan reports are delivered via time-limited, signed URLs.
• Report accuracy depends on website availability and configuration at scan time.

Paid Plans

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection.
• You can cancel at any time. Access continues through the end of your billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you have concerns.

Intellectual Property

The Antileak service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us. You retain ownership of your website data. Scan reports generated for your sites are yours to use and share.

Limitation of Liability

Antileak is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Accuracy or completeness of scan results.
• Decisions made based on our reports.
• Service interruptions or data loss.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.
